“Folks, please see as follows;
Purchase; Was reasonably straight foward online, other than not reading the extra $80 delivery charge for non commercial locations. This is interesting as your site appears to be marketed to the everday buyer and not industry only.
Delivery; Was on time and within the stated estimated delivery date.
Installation; The installation instructions QR code which is stuck to the outside of the box was scuffed and punctured by the contents. This made scanning the code at first unreadable. I contacted ORI and recieved a automated message which I left details, and still yet to receive a return call friday 22nd Nov. After no call back I managed to patch up the QR code enough for it to scan and got the installation instructions. The installation was reasonbly easy to follow and complete, however, there were extra flat bolts and not enough flange screws (using the fitting instruction terminology)
Overall; The steps are working well, they appear to be solidly constructed and I would recommend them to others

“These guys are knowledgeable and helpful, and the products are ready when they say they will be. I had to go and pick up given the size of items purchased. The process was good and I didn't have to wait. The products themselves were not quite right but that's a separate issue for specific product review. I would be happy to purchase again for the right product and price - RAM stuff in Australia is not widely available.”
