“When I ordered and then reviewed the shipping after the email was sent to me, I noticed that the ship date was going to make difficult to get the order in time. It is a present for a good friend. I contacted customer service and they completed my order as a priority so I could get it on time for my friend. Fantastic service! Great rug!”
