“Took a leap of faith and ordered from a small swatch of fabric ( without seeing a fully made up version) but very pleased I did. Sofa is exactly the style I was looking for( but could not find in a store). Appears very well made and exactly as pictured. Good device throughout”

“Wonderful showroom in Matlock. Zoe, Katherine and Emma were all so friendly and helpful. I ordered a 2 seater Whitechapel sofa in Tan Vintage Leather and a matching footstool. Ready before estimated time and delivered quickly. If Old Boot ever do a corner sofa I am having one! Beautiful leather and quality, I am thrilled to bits! Thank You Old Boot. Lyn x”

“Very friendly and helpful telephone service. They kept us updated on the progress of our order. It took a long time from ordering to delivery, but it was definitely worth the wait. The sofa is very good quality, comfortable and stylish. It’s just what we wanted.”

“Oldboots sofas, what a lovely name, and there are no old boots but splendid craftsmanship. All the personal from sales ans support to the people who hand crafted the sofas are very professional. The quality of the leather is second to none and the way they manufacture is the same. Customer service is brilliant, very good communication. I highly recommend this firm and the sofas worth every penny. May I say that the transport firm is very good as well. Thank you and keep the good work.”

“We’d been looking for a new sofa for several month before we found Old Boot. Our current sofa was 15 years old, it’s served us well, but it was time for a replacement. I found Old Boot Sofas on Instagram and thought it was worth a trip to their showroom in Matlock. The sales staff were lovely, not pushy at all, but were there when we had questions. My husband loved the look of the Chesterfield style in leather by I fell for the Hepburn style in green textured velvet and I love it.”

“A friend recommended I visit the Boot Room in Matlock when the time came to replace my beloved Chesterfield sofa, Emma was so helpful and talked me through the various Chesterfield sofas they offer and helped me choose the perfect Industria Buckskin leather, my Judge sofa arrived last week and I am thrilled, it is the perfect replacement for my 20 year old sofa which I never thought Id find. Thank you so much Emma and the team for all your help”

“I love my new Hepburn sofa and can’t fault my experience with Old Boot. I was struggling to decide between two different fabrics and this was a big investment for me so I wanted to get it right. The Old Boot staff were great, not pushy at all and actually urged me to go home (before ordering) and see what the samples looked like in my own home. I'm so glad I did as I actually ended up going for my second choice fabric! Now my sofa is here I’m over the moon! It’s finished my front room off perfectly and looks amazing! Definitely worth the wait.”

“Went to the showroom on a whim, so glad I did, tucked away in the Peak District town of Matlock it is in a lovely location, the showroom itself is a great place to visit and get ideas. I ended up purchasing a 3 seater Howard which arrived today.... I am in exactly as I imagined Overall fantastic service, thank you so much.”

“I recently visited the showroom in Matlock and was met with an array of different styles of sofas to choose from. The staff were not pushy and happy to answer any questions asked. I wasn't sure if I wanted leather or fabric but larger swatches of all the different options were available to see which makes it much easier to visualise the finished piece. My mind changed various throughout my visit, but I cannot wait to receive my new Alfie sofa in Mellow Harissa. Overall an brilliant sales experience.”

“A truly exceptional company from start to finish. The customer service is second to none, you're given a first class service from initial enquiry, ordering and throughout the production of your beautiful order. I asked questions about a sofa being made in a leather that wasn't showing on the Hepburn sofa advertisement - Zoe was a huge help with that, and I ended up ordering it, in that leather. The craftsmanship and expertise that is obvious to see in their furniture, is unique and exceptionally beautiful. I've found myself standing and just staring at the beauty of their work, they're experts in beauty. I wouldn't hesitate for a second, to highly recommend this fantastic company.”

“A massive thank you to the Old Boot team, having travelled to their Matlock showroom to see the Hepburn sofa we couldnt have been more welcomed, no pressure, just good old fashioned friendly service. We placed our order for two 3 seaters in the Vintage Tan and to say were delighted is an understatement. Proper quality and super comfy! “Placed my order for a Historian Sofa in the clearance only to find out 10 minutes later that I and someone else had purchased the same sofa well Old Boots called and explained what had happened they offered a refund or to make me the same sofa they gave me options having a refund or a sofa so I went with having a sofa.They sent me leather samples to choose from kept me informed of how long it would take to make the sofa and how long for delivery.Delivery day arrived for which I was contacted from the delivery service all I can say what a great service delivery men where absolutely fantastic without their perseverance this sofa would not be in my sitting room fantastic service I wish more delivery men had the patience these guys had as for my sofa absolutely fantastic exactly want I wanted all I can say you get what you pay for I would buy from Old Boots again without hesitation thank you Zoe and the team from Old Boots”
