“Really love the ethics of Omnes and I think the customer service is great. Sometimes due to the different materials that are used, clothes can have a different texture to what you might expect. That has only happened a couple of times for me however, and most times that I have to return clothes, it's just because they don't suit me. Love the sustainability of the clothes however, and I try to buy all my clothes from these sort of brands now.”

“Great selection of items, love the colourful vibes. The packaging was good and the way to return easy enough. The delivery was fine aside from the time of all the Royal Mail strikes. Efficient in answering emails, so good customer support! The size of products is a bit variable as one item was a bit large and another tight exactly the same marked size. Overall I like the brand!”
