After 3 months of chasing, I asked for a refund on the other dress. A partial refund had been given because of the delayed delivery but Omnes kept giving me new delivery dates which were not met. I returned the dress that was delivered because the zip felt very flimsy and I didn't like the way the fabric hung.”
