I had an absolutely terrible experience with OMNES and will never shop with them again. I placed an order for a special occasion, only to have it cancelled last minute because the items were suddenly “out of stock.” If the items weren’t available, why let me order them in the first place? This left me completely stuck, with no time to find an alternative. The lack of communication, poor stock management, and overall disregard for customers is beyond disappointing. A simple refund doesn’t make up for the stress and inconvenience they caused. I strongly discourage anyone from shopping with OMNES unless you want to risk being let down. There are plenty of other brands out there that actually respect their customers. Avoid!

I would not support this company again as I have sent item back for refund on 10th of January. It's not the 25 and has been 10 working days and I've heard nothing. Not only that but I've sent many messages, emails and used the WhatsApp chat and I've had no response. The fact that I've had to waste so much time on this chasing is really not cool. Not a happy customer

Arrived totally screwed up. Unwaerable. I tried to contact them by WhatsApp as suggested but no response. So if you are reading this please check your WhatsApp & reply to me. Thanks.

Really disappointed- I ordered a dress 16/11/24 and it’s now 03/12/24 and I have still not received it! I have contacted OMNES through WhatsApp and email and have had no response! Please can someone get back to me urgently. My order no is 89998

I didn’t receive my parcel, the delivery team left it outside my back door, despite being in whilst they delivered it (they didn’t knock) when I went outside it wasn’t there. I have contacted the deliveres but I have heard nothing back

Absolutely terrible customer experience, wrong size sent and incredibly slow and unhelpful customer service. Such a shame as it has really put me off future orders. I still have not received a refund nearly 3 weeks later.

I would love to leave a positive review but so far My order has not arrived. I have sent 3 emails asking for help Received ZERO response This is the 2nd time this year this has happened with this company.... Please send me a refund immediately

My order has not arrived over a week later. No update on tracking or delivery despite email and WhatsApp. £127 of product which I cannot find ans has not been delivered.

I ordered two dresses. One took more than 2 months to be delivered, after I'd chased Omnes for an updated delivery date several times. After 3 months of chasing, I asked for a refund on the other dress. A partial refund had been given because of the delayed delivery but Omnes kept giving me new delivery dates which were not met. I returned the dress that was delivered because the zip felt very flimsy and I didn't like the way the fabric hung.

Customer service is ignoring my complaint about how the dress they sent me is definitely different from the dress advertised online. I don't want the dress given how different it is, and don't feel that it's right for me to have to pay for the return shipment given the dress they sent me is NOT anything like they've advertised online.
