“B1 was amazingly helpful and patient today when I was really struggling with access via the portal Just wanted to pay renewal and needed to change my email So far that was fine, but it was a pain thereafter to add a new password and get access, even postcode would not enter properly Fantastic customer service and discussion of the product options from B1 Thank you so much for sorting everything”
