“Tried to charge me over 60% more than last year on my renewal. Asked to cancel the auto renewal and you took nearly £80 off the price and then told me it could go down event more if I give you the latest info. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. How about instead of plucking figures out of thin air, and hoping your customers don't realise, you provide the best price in the first place?”
