“Service I received today from your customer advisor HE4 was fantastic, contacted you to discuss an issue which required me to cancel my policy with One Click in advance of its expiry date. HE4 was incredibly helpful and resolved the problem very efficiently, supplying me with the information I needed and at no additional expense to me. Very impressed with the customer service provided, I will definitely look to use One Click again in the future as a result of this.”
