GF7 was helpful. He responded at 09.00 on both occasions I called and sorted out the automatic renewal. After I then received a letter saying the policy would autorenew and on my second call, he assured me the autorenew had indeed been cancelled. The way in which One Click made it so difficult to cancel the autorenew was extremely irritating and was the main reason why I have switched to another insurance provider. Customer service from GF7 was excellent. Overall customer service from One Click was terrible.

NO2 was really helpful . Explained everything quickly and effectively. Basically kept me with the company as I did have a £10 cheaper quote.Only downside was had to wait a long time to get to chat with someone. Not NO2's fault tho

BN1 was helpful. My biggest gripe is I was on hold on a live chat for well over an hour. This is ridiculous. BN1 has given me a revised quote which is great if I decided to accept and go ahead as I can do this myself. But if I need to speak to another advisor via chat I willl be dreading it. Other companies are just as bad so its a industry problem rather than just this company tbf.
