“I was helped greatly today by Charlotte (CH2) to sort out changing the vehicle on my existing car insurance following difficulty I had had yesterday working through the process online. Charlotte was fantastic, very clear in her responses and I could have asked for better customer help. 5***** and if there were 10***** she could have scored that. Absolutely brilliant.”
