“Tried to swap existing policy over to a new car we purchased. PS1 (Paige) was very helpful, but was unable to transfer, so had to cancel policy. Even though ps1 was great I could only get £20.99 reimbursed after cancelling, with 6 months still to run on the policy I thought that was awful business practise. I May rule out "one click" insurance next time I compare prices !!”

“I took out a contents cover policy then noticed a detail about my property was incorrect. I was unable to change this on the portal so I did a webchat with username ES8. My issue was amended and sorted in a few minutes - very happy.”

“This company is one of the worse if you… This company is one of the worse if you are looking to pay your bill through the online portal and I was unable to get the company to work with me in my unusual payments as they would always be late payments and I would struggle to get in contact or be able to pay tye late fee they are just no good for customer service not sure on compatible prices for anyone else but for me it was the lack of customers service at all times they literally just canceled my policy because there was no way on the portal and I just don't have the patience to talk to there call center”
