“Easy company to deal with, had a requirement to cancel my insurance and it was dealt with quickly and with no fuss. NO2 was clear in their communication and answered all my questions and arranged for my insurance to be cancelled from the agreed date with no problems.”

“PS1 - Unlike the majority of providers who usually just say "take it or leave it" when faced with cheaper option renewals. Paige took the time to review all the provided information and was able to come very close to the option. Sufficiently so, that I was happy to remain. If she had not been efficient I would have taken my business elsewhere. Well Done. Proper customer service.”
