“I contacted AB9 (Adam) on Live Chat as my car failed its MOT prior to the start of the insurance I had paid for with One Click. I was expecting this situation to be very frustrating and complex but AB9 suggested that if I’m buying another vehicle and get this within 14 days of the start of the insurance already agreed, One Click can update my details and amend the existing policy, hopefully this will avoid the cost of cancellation. I couldn’t be more happy.”
