“Talked with AP7 ;-) (that's what she asked me to call her ;-D ). I compared my automatic renewal quote to more competitive quotes online. AP7 was very quick to respond and gave me a competitive renewal quote based on my online quotes which improved on my automatic renewal without losing any of the original features of my insurance policy. AP7 was polite and professional and her actions today ensured that I have kept my custom with OneClick ;-) !”

“Needed to cancel my insurance. as am getting a mobility car and the insurance is sorted by them. To cancel I was quoted £118 and asked if I wanted to pay YES or NO. I selected no, but it still cancelled the insurance. I could only speak to them via live chat and was basically told tough!!!! My wife’s insurance is £40 to cancel (a similar yearly priced insurance, due on the same date, just didn’t need to cancel that one). What cowboys!! Really not happy steer clear, it’s one thing to pay for changes, but that takes the biscuit.”
