“I have just dealt with a very patient and helpful lady SP6. She answered all my questions in order for changes to be made to my existing policy. It was my first time using Live Chat comfortably and I was little anxious initially but SP6 put me at ease and I didn’t get the feeling I was being rushed in any way. Thank you again SP6 😊”
