“I have been chatting to NO2 today she was very helpful and I got the answers I needed very simple .I had been trying to get onto portal for 3 days just to say I wanted to transfer to another van but with no joy .got there in the end but a phone number would be helpful really but it got sorted thanks NO2”

“Did a live chat with HE4 with all intentions of leaving as i had found a cheaper renewal quote. Harry (HE4) was great and got me a cheaper quote again which was amazing. So thanks, well pleased and I'm staying with One click. It was so easy to do.”

“I use Live Chat (Jason, Operator JL4) on the 5th Aug 2024 after receiving my renewal quote and then obtaining a significantly cheaper quote from another provider. Apart from the waiting time I found the process very easy to use and Jason managed to reduce my quote to a level that didn't quite match the other provider but didn't make it worthwhile to have the hassle of changing provider. He fully checked my requirements before quoting.”
