“Ordinarily I don't engage via chat because it takes so long to establish the issue and get transferred to the right person. However, NO2 (Nicole) was extremely patient with me, even though I put the same questions to her as yesterday. What I liked was there was no messing about or time wasting. Her replies were swift and reassuring. She obviously knows her job and is great asset to your company. Once again, thank you so much.”
