“I had contacted one click about cancelling my insurance because my car was being sold and was off road My operator was A12 I explained to them that I had cancelled two days prior but had not received any notification She cancelled my insurance and sorted out my full refund which would be in my account within 7 days . Professional and nice and I did get a confirmation this time .”
