“SP6 Shanice was really helpful and patient with me. I had lots of queries. Needed to change insurance to my new car being collected tomorrow, with temp cover on my existing vehicle and a renewal for 9 days time. It's hard work using the chat function but Shanice was great”

“EXCELLENT JA7 thank you so much I am blown away by the service from One Click. They were the cheapest quote by compawith 2 other search engines. I needed to ammend something on my renewal document. This was readily dealt with by Jack A (AKA) JA7! I was delighted to also receive a discount which made my renewal even more competitive and it's a first for me to be offered a discount by any insurer! I saved £££s for the first time ever! “I have been delighted with the service from One Click and have just renewed with them. My renewal quote was the best on the market (I did a comparison on 2 well known sites).
