“My car insurance was due for renewal with ONECLICK and I used their on line assistance where I was greeted by Adam (AB9) . He was courteous , efficient and explained fully in detail what I needed . He went beyond what was required of him as I have absolutely no idea about cars and insurance . A total credit to the company .”

“The company claimed that when validating my no claims bonus of 20 years discount, they were informed that this was incorrect and they were going to increase the amount for the insurance by another £98.89, despite the fact that I had sent them proof from my previous insurer. I have never had any problem in this respect before, and was disappointed to receive such a letter. However, I am pleased to say that the matter was resolved when I went on the Live chat line, and I am grateful to Harry (HE4), for sorting things out so quickly.”

“I swopped insurers mid policy as I changed my car (It was cheaper to start again elsewhere for a full 12months than accept the revised price for the remaining 6 months - go figure.)I was never sent confirmation of my policy cancellation or proof of NCD. This caused a problem with my new insurer threatening to cancel. Paige (PS1) sorted it out quickly though so a Blue Peter badge to her please”
