“I was worried that I might have forgotten to insure my car, so I had a live chat with BC1. This agent was so helpful, not least in reassuring me that the fact I could not understand how to use the portal (Iam 86!) was not a problem as the documents would be sent by post. This was an excellent customer service experience.”
