“CH2 Charlotte was an amazing help today and if I hadn’t chatted to her I was actually ready to leave the company as I couldn’t get through on the phone to update my renewal it was a nightmare. After chatting with Charlotte everything was sorted out for me and the change to my renewal made and I will renew on the 14/8 which I wasn’t going to do. She was absolutely first class and an asset to your company”
