“NO2 Always fairly averse to using live chat functions but have to say that when it came to updating my details and renewing my insurance everyting worked a dream. Nicola C was extremely helpful on the char and had everything sorted within minutes. Excellent service and I'm starting to rethink my dealings with remote voice chat operatives. Thnak you for such a positive experience.”
