“Been covered by One Click with no problem for a year, unfortunately renewal price couldn't be matched to competitors lower quote. However online chat with CL6 to discuss and requote and subsequently cancel my renewal was very helpful and straight forward. She did everything possible to try and lower my quote but unfortunately they were just coming back from providers at a higher price. 5 stars for CL6.”

“I spent ages waiting in the chat queue - twice - and chatted to an agent twice about updating information that was incorrectly placed in the first place, the information was not updated as they said it would be, i was advised to log out and log in again, and when i did it kept saying i didnt have an account and the seeion expired and the account didnt exsist. An awful waste of 2 hours. I now have no idea if my information has been updated or not. I can not access my account. And i am thinking of cancelling my policy in the cooling off period.”
