“Insurance is great and when I was locked out of the customer portal due to an error with a digit in the birthdate, the incredibly helpful, patient and quick thinking operator Nicole, NO2, she found the issue, corrected it and had me connected again with minimal hassle. “AB9 was very helpful on the chat. I needed to amend details and add my son. He was thorough and dealt with it in a timely manner. He was also compassionate about my situation. All I would say is that One Call could have a phone number to do this as at my age it’s not easy detailing online.”
