“This morning I've had a very long online chat with Shanice (SP6) as it's time to renew my car insurance. Shanice (SP6) went way above and beyond in helping me. Very helpful, patient and professional. Can't fault the customer service provided. Other companies should be like this and they can learn a lot from OneClick. “AB9 Adam was very helpful. Listened to my request and then went and solved my problem and directed me to were I will find the answer. Would certainly use one click again, just need to remove auto renew on your portal if you don't want auto renewal. Also took 15 mins online to get a operator but eventually when Adam arrived everything sorted. Well done Adam and thank you 😊”

“Needed my documents checking as incorrect spelling of name on the policy. Query resolved and amended in 20 mins but that partly as I’m a slow typer. Still learning how to navigate all the documents to check on my account. However the attention to my query was resolved by PS1 very easily.”
