“SP6 (Shanice) was absolutley wonderful in understanding why I needed a cancellation and not being pushy with making me stay. She offered alternative options for payments as there were technical difficulties and she showed much understanding over my typo when I had accidentally mistyped a payment fee for much higher. Most insurance policies can take advantage of client mistakes/unawareness, but she understood and was honest. A credit to the team for sure! Thank you Shanice!/SPB!”
