“I spoke with ps1 twice today and they helped me so much. This was an incredibly stressful time for me. “I had to wait about 3-4 minutes to get connected to someone but once I did ps1 apologised for the wait. I said why I wanted to cancel my auto renewal as I had found it cheaper somewhere else but ps1 asked if they could requote so I agreed. They got it down quite considerably from the renewal quote, so I went ahead with it. Ps1 was quick efficient and polite. Told me what was included in the policy too. Excellent work!”
