“I have just used the online chat with ONECLICK insurance. I had a little drama so i decided to contact them and use the online live chat. I had the pleasure of speaking to SP6 who was absolutely brilliant in resolving my issue. I do hope that all issues are resolved in this way. SP6 is a credit to the company. Polite, precise and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you SP6.”
