“I had a useful chat with Abby C to sort out my lapsed motor policy. Sadly, during the protracted payment authorisation process, the live chat dropped out and I was unable to complete the payment. After reloading the portal and a very short wait, I was connected to Bridie C, reference BC1, who was able to sort things out very quickly for me.”
