“BC1 deserves her 5*s. I got a bit frustrated on the chat when the renewal quote she referred to didn't match any documents on the portal. She kept her cool and, although the confusion was not completely cleared up, secured an extra discount for a slightly higher excess and thus my renewal.”

“Received my renewal quote and called to see if there was a better price they could offer - Harry - HE4 was amazing and got me sorted in minutes - I am always apprehensive discussing things by chat but he was great and answered all my questions in detail and made sure I understood everything - would certainly recommend this company and of course Harry HE4”
