“I was served by MS2, Honestly it was fantastic, I could not complain, did not wait long period of times for my query to get sorted, the agent was understanding and very friendly whilst also being professional. Give this person a pay rise now!”

“Hi had a lovely conversation with Jack JA7 today and sorted my new policy quickly and easily. All was very clearly explained. It would be lovely though to actually speak with a human rather than typing but that seems to be the way things are nowadays.”

“Contact via online chat and exchanged messages with Jack (JA7 for review purposes) who resolved my queries fully and politely. Had to contact OneDirect / OneClick as they had mistakenly set my policy up as auto renew - (something I always look out for and never accept, so they've misinterpreted something somewhere) & had not stated my NCD on the renewal notice. Jack sorted both of these out for me.”

“GF7 - Cheapest price initially and then when it came to renewal they helped get the price down to cheaper than I was quoted by others. Haven’t had to use them for a claim thankfully but customer service seems great.”

“My van insurance renewal was due. However, it's currently off the road and not financially viable to repair, therefore I didn't want autorenewal. My quotation was still competitive and I would have renewed. I contacted One Click via live chat to request no autorenewal. The process was quick and simple. An explanation of what would happen next was straightforward. I would recommend One Click. Motorcycle insurance is also up there as being competitive. Thank you BN1, helpful and efficient”
