It was difficult getting all the information from One Click on the computer as they were on holiday. Take out a new policy during their office hours. So I contacted them today and spoke to ps1 she was very helpful and informative, my queries were sorted.

Adam (AB9) gave me a very professional service today, he came over very helpful and understanding I are chat, I was very impressed, I really done like the online chat but Adam(AB9 made it like I was talking on the phone.

I spoke with EH4 about a problem I was having trying to activate an account. He quickly spotted the error and attended to it. We tested the activation process while I was waiting and I was able to log in. All done very efficiently.

Took policy out and found additional charge not expected. Contacted and the policy was rectified with a refund issued

Operator AB9 is excellent. I have been away in hospital for a week and am currently laid up for at least another week. I came home to a letter from yourselves regarding proof of NCD not being sent, my previous insurer of 3 years had failed to tell me they didn't offer NCD, therefore all proof of NCD for this car has lapsed. Adam totally reassured me that everything was fine with the policy and that I needn't worry about a thing, totally what I need at this time, thank you.
