“Needed my documents checking as incorrect spelling of name on the policy. Query resolved and amended in 20 mins but that partly as I’m a slow typer. Still learning how to navigate all the documents to check on my account. However the attention to my query was resolved by PS1 very easily.”

“Although I’m not the best typist, HE4 guided me through the questions and there were many as my query was complicated. I did have a bit of a wait for the chat to respond but once connection, and apology was given and l did feel that the advisor was giving me full attention and did not leave me hanging for response. ( this can be quite usual in chats)The result proved very acceptable what HE4 could offer me . So very happy with the service.”
