“The chat NO2 was really helpful and sorted my issue. However, although it’s nothing to do with NO2 I am frustrated thst you can’t contact one click by phone or email”

“I received a quote for my 1979 Triumph TR7 (reg AJH321T) which is a certified historic vehicle and as such is MOT exempt. I wanted to be sure that I would still be covered on this basis and was assured by NO2 Nicole on 22/08/2024 that I would indeed be covered. She was efficient, polite and gave excellent service.”

“Their website isn't the greatest, it wouldn't take a payment by card or PayPal, and their queue to get through to their Chat took forever!! However I got through to Agent NO2 and they took my payment on the quote the website generated manually for me. So thanks for that No2 - you get 5stars, the website and the queue to get through to you was not so good.”

“The online chat is very disheartening I was 20 something in the queue and they tried to time me out 4 times. Once online the process was still very slow and I would prefer to actually talk to someone, however SP6 Shanice P was very helpful and was able to match the cheaper quote that I’d received”

“I contacted Oneclick to discuss a renewal of my Car Insurance. I went onto the live chat and was 17th in the queue which was initially quite disheartening. However the queue did reduce rapidly and within about 10 minutes I was in contact with Agent NO2, Nicole C. Nicole was excellent and walked me though a renewal process that delivered a really good result. Vey pleased with the deal Nicole - NO2 was able to offer.Thank you”
