“I am pleased with my purchase of the one clock. I am pleasantly awakened in the mornings. The volume is adjustable which is a useful feature. There are several melody’s that the alarm cycles through so it is nice to hear different tunes upon waking. All of the tunes have a pleasant quality to them. It is simple to use. Setting the time and alarm and checking the alarm time and I can see if the alarm is on or off easily on the display. Very pleased.”

“I reached out because I am very unhappy with the “songs” for the alarm. I find them jolting and extremely unnerving/unpleasant. The person who responded seemed to be one of the founders and I felt he took my feedback personally. Not everyone is going to like those “songs.” It doesn’t matter if “Grammy award winning artists” produced them. I wish I had a choice or could’ve previewed the sounds - I never would’ve purchased the clock, which is otherwise beautiful. I honestly find them extremely unpleasant. I never use the alarm, which is what I bought it for. My heart would race for 20-30 minutes after being woken up by that. I hate all of them. For me, they’re cringe worthy sounds that I can’t tolerate. What I like to wake up to as an alarm: birdsong, soft music like a flute or harp or chimes.”

“I got in on the Kickstarter level by sheer happenstance. The sleep science, the design and the thoughtfulness put into waking up every morning were intriguing to me. And working with John Natchez on the music (among others) sealed the deal. I took a chance, and I'm so glad I did. The communication along the way was impeccable. One Clock delivered a superior product backed by outstanding customer service. Great job One Clock folks!”
