“After a long process and using their crappy website and was unable to complete a change of policy online, i had to resort to webchat so sort it out , however after a long wait i reached MG9 who was really helpful and sorted it out for me ! they are an online only company so you can`t talk to someone on the phone and i found it a very stressful experience! they took my money online but the changes didnt happen! Thankfully MG9 was fantastic and sorted it !”
