However, The original quote received was so much higher than other quotes and would suggest that they offer a realistic renew quote in future for people to contact them and stay. One of the other reasons for leaving is that I am unable to actually speak to someone. I may be old fashioned like that but when I have a query, I would like to speak to an adviser on the phone rather than by chat box.
