“Neverb needed to use the claims but after being auto renewed and finding a better price had to use theirlivechat system to cancel , so slow took approx 45 mins to cancel , not good enough so wouldnt be thinking of returning as were wuick enough to take my money when i first cane, sort it out!!! Not operative TW9s fault just your way of frustrating the departing customer”
“The company disappointed me initially by quoting me a high renewal price and taking the whole cost out in a lump sum without my explicit approval. However, JA1 beat an alternative quote, when I complained, and refunded the whole cost while setting up my monthly payment. I was impressed by how much he smoothed the way.”
