However this review page is for One Protect Insurance as a whole, and I was irritated to have to go through the hoops to bring the renewal price back down to something reasonable. This is a perennial problem with all general insurers, and I wish you wouldn't play the game of issuing inflated prices, hoping that they will just go through unquestioned. The support from Sascha was great but this 'cost' me an hour of admin time and I would rather have been doing pretty much anything else.”
