“Have a long-winded way of cancelling a policy, go on their site and spend nearly an hour waiting as it counts down those waiting. Like most insurance, you never know how good it is unless you make a claim. Fortunately, I never had to make one, so cannot comment on that. Hate Auto Renew, they just try to lock you into them, then to make you HAVE to contact them, is just a way of stopping you from leaving. Jai was very good, once I got through, he solved my issue, so well done Jai, sorry about the rest of it.”
