“After two “chat” calls which were not good…. The third time I was connected to EF3 and after a lengthy chat, the issue I had was resolved. The representative EF3 was professional and efficient. May I mention the issue I had to contact for was not necessary as One Protect had the information from the previous year… so it was a tad stressful. On line ‘chats’ are stressful to older customers. A way to SPEAK rather than chat would be good.”
