“Had to cancel my policy and it was dealt with by co4 who sorted it promptly. Not too keen on the chat screen communication it seems to take an awful long time to deal with simple queries and not very personable. Will not be using this type of provider in future I dont like the concept of chat on window prefer to speak with humans on phone. That said I cant complain about the service I achieved what I needed.”
