“Mia on the chat box was very good today based on revising my renewal quote. However, The original quote received was so much higher than other quotes and would suggest that they offer a realistic renew quote in future for people to contact them and stay. One of the other reasons for leaving is that I am unable to actually speak to someone. I may be old fashioned like that but when I have a query, I would like to speak to an adviser on the phone rather than by chat box.
