“BH1 - chatted with Ben today to upgrade my insurance after purchasing a new car ,not as straight forward as I’d hoped but that’s not Bens fault its a learn for me to look in more detail before I purchase cheaper online insurance, with previous insurance companies a new car is covered in its first year if written off a like for like replacement no GAP insurance required until year 2 onwards looks like I’ll have to spend more money to get cover”
