“I spoke with BG3 today as I had questions about cancelling my policy and about the new monthly charge. BG3 was efficient, clear and friendly and although I was originally going to cancel and move elsewhere, following this call I decided to stay with One Protect. Great customer service means the world these days and BG3 was a star!”
