“AR6 was very patient with me as I was a little confused as to what Add Ons I got for free and what Add Ons I had to pay for as an extra. (I thought all 4 Add Ons were already included in the final quote) but NO I had to pay extra for 2 of them. We finally got there and I am happy with the overall experience. The conversation was clear, simple to understand and I finally paid the extra and I'm happy. Thank you.”
