“Not impressed - went on to the chat just to cancel the auto renew. Tyler was very annoying in ignoring the request and pushing (hard selling) the renewal. New quote was cheaper but had to decide there and then - I requested documents to be emailed over and was told offer was only available there and then. Will now not be renewing and will move to Direct Line even though they are more expensive.”
