I’d updated my insurance policy in April but realised I hadn’t updated the address on my breakdown policy. I got through to One Protect online help quickly and was transferred by another agent straight away to EF3 in customer services.
The tone of the communication was polite? Responses were in a timely manner, and although online documents relating to my breakdown cover showed my old address, I was assured that when I changed my address on my insurance policy, that the details were updated on my breakdown policy, giving me peace of mind that I was covered fir assistance at home if needs be.Also advised that I wasn’t covered for a hire car if involved in an accident with an uninsured driver; was provided with a reasonable pro-rata quote until my policy expires in June, and accepted the offer.
I’ve had terrible experiences with other companies online recently including Talk Talk who keep you online for an hour before resolving issues, so it was surprising and good to get help straight away!!”

I have three policies with One insurance and have wasted much time sorting out issues that the system could not cope with. Return of tracker system poor , no return label/QR code to keep a record of return and I had to pay postage.”
