All being well I never have to find out how good the company is at dealing with a claim.”
“I set up a new insurance policy with One Protect today... it was taking a while for the insurance docs to arrive, and I was panicking as supposed to be collecting my Daughter from school! I spoke to Ellie (Ei1) on 'live chat' who said she would chase up the relevant team... within minutes, the activation email had appeared and I was able to register for the customer portal - subsequently accessing my insurance docs... all insured and off to pick up my Daughter from school shortly! Thank you Ellie, you've no idea how much I was stressing and I really appreciate your help... Happy Christmas & new year!
