I need to know why Onyx -Traders will not respond to my numerous emails and phone calls.
The team member with whom I have been dealing has shut down his email and
the support number in Australia I have been calling will not respond. Also emails to
support have all been unanswered for the last two weeks. I have not received any contact from them for 4 weeks.
