“Wenn das Mixgut eine dicke Konsistenz hat muss man den Aufsatz rausdrehen, aufschrauben, Flüssigkeit zufügen, zudrehen, einetzen und wieder mixen. Bei anderen Mixern kann man ober durch eine Öffnung leichter Flüssigkeit zufügen. Ich würde mir mehr Rezepte wünschen, ausserhalb von Facebook und Instagramm.”
“Was excited to receive the blender because I have several blenders and kitchen appliances but I wanted an easy smoothie blender with a glass jar.
I love the idea of the reusable universal jars so I ordered or straight away.
When I received it, the first time I used it was leaking and made a big mess.
I contacted the company and tried everything to fix it because I really wanted it to work but I couldn’t get it right.
After long negotiating they had sent me a new blade head which worked much better when it worked. What I mean is that many times the machine wouldn’t start. I had to take the blender head in and off many times for it to start working.
But at least it didn’t peak and when it worked it made a great smoothie.
Unfortunately after a few weeks it stopped working altogether.
I tied to contact the compagnon but I never got an answer.
It’s not me being unreasonable I hope.
The open funk remix is a great idea but the execution is terrible for now and the customer service is really terrible.
Hope it will turn around!
For now I have this blender that is useless and I feel sorry to just throw it to the rubbish and forget about it.
Also for a little gadget blender it is not the cheapest. At least a bit of service would be helpful.

“I'm absolutely thrilled with my new blender! It looks great, my glasses fit perfectly, and the blending performance is fantastic. With my old blender, I often had the problem that things didn't mix well. This doesn't happen with this one because you can choose the size of the glass yourself, and the blades extend further up the sides. It's also incredibly easy to clean!”
