“Leider taugt der Mixer nichts, mixt sehr schlecht und nach kurzer Gebrauchszeit war er ganz kaputt. Service funktioniert auch nicht, habe vor knapp 3 Wochen eine Mail mit Bilder und Video gesendet und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend.”

“I would rate it 4 stars but it truly lacks with customer service/communication. I wrote two emails to open funk about missing part in a delivery 10 days ago and NO answer SO far. Wishing that I could talk to them directly.”

“Lately, I needed help from the support team as my blender started to smell badly. Electric smoldering. So I quickly got an answer, return label included to send it back into the capital. After a while, I got my blender back, repaired and a new head-unit on top. Incredible service. Thank you so much, OF-Team!”

“Schnell und unkompliziert gelifert. Einzig schade dass ich den Blender in White Mineral anstelle White Floreale erhalten, ich habe dies aber glaube ich ausversehen nachträglich in der Bestellung geändert, da ich meinte ich hätte zuerst die falsche Farbe bestellt (kann es nicht rückverfolgen)”

“Hab meinen Mixer seit dem Start auf Kickstarter. Wird fast täglich benutzt. Service ist hervorragend. Mit ist ein Teil kaputt gegangen. Wurde sofort ersetzt zu Kulanzpreis. Super!”

“We backed the Kickstarter as the whole concept of re-using 72mm jars really appealed. We were not disappointed! We’d searched everywhere for a blender that didn’t have plastic in contact with food. The re:Mix is used daily and is such an integral part of our kitchen space - without taking up much of it! We’re particularly impressed with the support we’ve just received for our blade head that worked loose in use. No messing, they’ve replaced it for us and we’re good to go with the new and improved version! Yes, there are cheaper blender/grinders on the market, but they’re often both short lived and toxic (usually) by design. In our opinion, re:Mix is worth every penny, it’s a joy to use, and so versatile.”
