“I'm absolutely thrilled with my new blender! It looks great, my glasses fit perfectly, and the blending performance is fantastic. With my old blender, I often had the problem that things didn't mix well. This doesn't happen with this one because you can choose the size of the glass yourself, and the blades extend further up the sides. It's also incredibly easy to clean!”

“I'd like to give a ***** review for the customer service here: After using my remix for not quite a year, the blades head suddenly loosened during every use (-> very messy situation). Upon my report I was immediately offered a new blades head, including an opening tool (as it's actually quite hard to open but great to clean once you get to it) accompanied by a very friendly e-mail. Of course I still love the idea of the re:mix with the jars you can get everywhere. And it still works just fine (with the new blades head).”
“This is the worst produkt i bought in years. I thought for 300€ i get a good mixer. It's like the worst mixing power you can imagine. It's super loud and smells like plastic a lot when on. Really the only gimmic is the matching glas.
I texted them that i am not happy and send the device for repair. After reminding them 3 times about it months ago, they just sent it back without any message. Just a scam.”
