“Leider taugt der Mixer nichts, mixt sehr schlecht und nach kurzer Gebrauchszeit war er ganz kaputt. Service funktioniert auch nicht, habe vor knapp 3 Wochen eine Mail mit Bilder und Video gesendet und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend.”

“We backed the Kickstarter as the whole concept of re-using 72mm jars really appealed. We were not disappointed! We’d searched everywhere for a blender that didn’t have plastic in contact with food. The re:Mix is used daily and is such an integral part of our kitchen space - without taking up much of it! We’re particularly impressed with the support we’ve just received for our blade head that worked loose in use. No messing, they’ve replaced it for us and we’re good to go with the new and improved version!
Yes, there are cheaper blender/grinders on the market, but they’re often both short lived and toxic (usually) by design. In our opinion, re:Mix is worth every penny, it’s a joy to use, and so versatile.”
“Ich hatte leider 2 mal bereits Probleme mit den Aufsätzen des Mixers, aber jedes mal war der Support unfassbar toll. Sehr freundlich, unproblematisch, praktisch und ich konnte meinen Mixer unkompliziert sehr schnell wieder benutzen.

“I have been using re-mix for almost a year now and I can say it is THE best blender I have ever had, which was apparent from the beginning as I loved the idea of using your own glass jars for blending. The idea is great, the product is great and powerful and keeps on developing and getting even better. I had some issue with screwing smaller volume jars and got a very fast response and solution. Thank you customer service! Every time I finish blending using the re-mix, I utter to myself "the best mixer". I am looking forward to new accessories!”
