“There was an Australia Post delivery delay with my purchase. After ringing the company Jacquie Major (owner/manager) went out of her way to solve the problem. The problem was solved and I would not hesitate to recommend Oz Resort. I will use the company again.”

“The delivery was very quick, thank you:) . However the rash vest it did not have removable soft cups as described! It was mono-layer and with no shelf bra, cup, or lining. I have emailed twice to return the item, but still waiting for a reply …”

Hello, The decription of that Rash Vest does not have removable soft cups. You sent us a screenshot of the item but it was not from our site. Please cosider your review inline with our description of the goods.

“I live in the USA, so was unaware of Oz Resort. I thought the site sold sunscreens, lotions, sandals, hats, toothpaste and other items one might expect from a hotel/resort. I was happy to find that the swim fins I purchased on the Oz website were exactly what I had been looking for, and the web address was hardly a little boutique in an Australian beach resort. The service was excellent, and I couldn't be happier.”
