“I ordered well over a week ago and haven’t received my package. I’ve tried to use your chat service and got no reply, I’ve left two messages on the contact us page and got no responses. It’s terrible service and not a company I’ll ever be using again”

We sincerely apologise for the delay, we have currently been receiving a very high volume of queries, which we respond to accordingly, however, due to demand we cannot always respond as quickly as we would like. With regards to the delivery of your order, it looks like there was a slight delay which we are currently investigating with the courier. I can see that a member of our customer support team had responded to your email, and we are currently awaiting your response. After taking another look at the tracking for you it looks like the order is out for delivery today. If however nothing changes by the end of today, please get back in touch with our customer support team through the current chain and we will happily investigate this further for you. “I have not received my order yet. Your shipping estimation quoted me 3-7 business days for delivery, but in the end it looks like it will take 10 (according the fedex estimation). Unfortunately I will not receive the package before my vacation. I hope your exchange policy will take this into considering if I need to return something, as I won’t return home for several weeks”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry for any delays around your most recent order. I have just taken a look and can see this was placed on June 19th after our 3pm cut off time. This was on a 4-7 working day shipping method, and It looks like the order had arrived with you on June 28th, so this would have arrived within the expected estimated timeframe. If you believe any of this to be incorrect, please reach out to our customer support team through the contact form on site and they will happily look into this further for you. With regards to returns, we offer a 45-day return policy, as we are aware that sometimes it's not perfect. We have opted for this to ensure flexibility but keep emissions down with unnecessary & excessive returns. We will however make an exception for customers in certain situations we deem acceptable.
