“I ordered a pair of service fatigue pants in my normal size (and used the size fitter) and they were very large. I went to return them through the portal and it is not offering me the correct refund price. I have reached out to P&Co via email, social media, through the website provided email, and the online chat and have received no response after several weeks. Very disappointing.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are so very sorry to hear your most recent order was not as expected. Our Checkerboard fatigues contain 97% cotton & 3% elastane mix provided for comfort and stretch. The material composition plays a part in how this product may fit, so we do recommend comparing your own measurements to our size guide to help find your correct fit prior to purchase. Regarding your refund, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience which may have been caused, our customer service team receive a very high volume of queries which are responded to accordingly, however, due to demand they cannot always respond as quickly as they would like. I sincerely apologise for this.
