I’ve emailed customer support now three times. There first and only response back was to give me my tracking information. I ordered this suit on 9/26 and a label was created on 9/27 which marked this as “shipped”. That tracking info has never updated. I have never received this order. I requested a refund and maybe I’ll get a response. I would have love to have received my order but it has been 3 weeks, and the response is leaving much to be desired with their less than helpful customer service.

Went off sizing chart, ordered two sizes up from my normal size, still too small to even stand a chance of fitting, and I'm not big... I wear an American 4... sent an email over a week ago trying to return them no response... starting to look like I'm out over $100 on pants that I could never fit into. Terrible company 10/10 would not buy anything from again

We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced sizing problems with one of our products. Prior to purchase we do recommend measuring an item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide. We do also have a Fit Quiz available for each product, which can further assist you in finding the perfect size. It is possible however that unfortunately you may have received an incorrectly labelled item. If after comparing your item to the measurements shown on our website you feel this may be the case, our customer service team will happily take a look for you hello@pand.co. Our Customer Service team do receive a very high volume of queries, which are responded to accordingly, however due to demand, cannot always respond as quickly as they would like. VERY small. Return shipping from US is essentially as much as the pants. Not worth it unless you’re positive of your size. Also, back pockets are not flattering style

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback, we are constantly listening and responding to any comments made in regards to the fit and quality of our products, we then work to modify any products we feel necessary based off our customers feedback.  We are very sorry to hear that you have also experienced sizing problems on this occasion, we do recommend prior to buying measuring a favourite item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide, alternatively we also have a Fit Quiz available for each product, which can further assist you in finding the perfect size. If after doing so you feel that your item did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer service team hello@pand.co they will happily look into whether there have been any labelling errors.  Unfortunately as a small company we are also unable to offer free returns, for US Customers we do recommend using the USPS Website to find a cheaper option when returning to us. I am getting an email to review my purchase but I never got my items I have been waiting for 8 days when the standard EU shipping says it takes 3-5 days! According to my package tracker my order is in the Netherlands

Good customer service feedback. Very disappointed in the quality of the Overshirt I purchased but P&Co have been in contact and have offered an exchange or full refund. Good at getting back to customers, nice clothing designs but quality of clothing is VERY poor.

This was an older version which did have some manufacturing issues, we have since modified the these and can ensure the quality is of the highest standards, this will not happen again with our newest design. The quality of the shirts is good but, despite using their sizing chart, the size I got isn’t a good fit. I sent my package for return 3 weeks ago (EU shipping) and still no news from them. Was thinking of re buying a different size, but probably won’t after this experience.

CURVY GIRLS BEWARE!!!! I’m a size 12. I’ve been a size 12 for 8 years. 41 inch hips, 29 inch waist, big thighs. I ordered a size 12 in the 304 service fatigue pants- checkerboard. I used the measuring guide and double checked my measurements before I ordered. I used the sizing tool on the page, all signs pointed to size 12. I get them and I legitimately cannot even get them halfway over my butt. WAY and I mean WAY too small in the thigh area, made it impossible to get them all the way up. I’m severely disappointed and I’m not sure I want to go through the hassle of returning them. The actual quality of the material seems nice but if you have an hourglass figure with big thighs, don’t even bother. I was expecting a lot more considering the price. Two thumbs down.
