I placed my order on January 4th and have still not received my order. The package tracking says it has been in the same spot in New York since January 8th. Is this a common issue?

We are so very sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with the delivery of your order, our warehouse aims to process and dispatch our orders as soon as possible, therefore we can only apologise for the length of time your order took to be received. Unfortunately I am unable to find any correspondence from you regarding this issue. Your order however was placed on a 5-10 working days service, as with all international orders it can take time for these to be received from the UK, on this occasion your order was delivered within the expected delivery time frame. The product itself is outstanding. The sizing isn’t clear, and they do not offer a label to return orders that don’t work for the customer. If you live in the US, to ship internationally is $180+. Customer Service is not good, unresponsive and not helpful in refund/return matters. If you order something fingers crossed it fits, because the likelihood isn’t great, and then you’re screwed.

These are extremely small with stiff fabric. Note that they don't have inclusive sizes so if you’re above a UK18, this company thinks you’re too fat for them. Tried to return them and got quoted $130 because I live in America. The pants were $109… they are aware of these issues and omit responsibility and care since they’re a “small company” with half a million followers on instagram. Highly do not recommend!!!!

BUYER BEWARE: If you're in the U.S, make sure you are prepared to pay extremely high shipping cost to return items. I will probably never buy anything from P&Co because of this reason again

 We are so very sorry, unfortunately we don’t currently offer free returns at the moment, this is something I can assure you we are working on implementing in the near future. We are in the middle of making some changes to our returns policy for US customers, and hope to be able to offer a solution with a reduced return cost very soon. We do often point our US customers in the direction of the USPS website as they offer cheaper alternatives when sending a return to us, this is what most of our US customers use. We are looking at a better returns solution for our US customers, which we hope to have implemented very soon, we hope that then you will feel you are able to shop with us again. Do not order if you’re in the US unless you’re absolutely sure it fits. Bought the size 14 based on their measurements and there’s no way they were correct. Ordered another size and went back and forth via email for days trying to return and the cost to send them back is more than what I paid for the pants.

They did’nt send me what I ordered! When I try to return the item, they don’t tell me how to change. They’re not answering my question. Don’t ever gonna order anything ever agan!!!

I can see that you initially ordered the 304 Service Fatigues in the Regular length, we believe this to be the item that you have received, however if you feel that you have in-fact received the wrong pair, if you can send an image to hello@pand.co we can take a look into whether any labelling errors have occurred. Our Fatigues do come cropped as standard, this is as stated in the product description which can sometimes cause confusion. I can confirm that the short leg length will be seen as 26" and the regular length is 28" We have responded to all your queries and provided information on how to make a return with us, and we are now currently awaiting your response. Our Customer Service Team are always on hand if you have any further questions, we hope to offer a resolution you are happy with as soon as possible. T-shirt came with some marks on it which I was thankfully given a gift card for. The canvas jacket was hemmed way shorter than it looked online, so for any tall folks it won't work. Shipping back to the UK is +$100 and I tried talking to customer support about some flexibility on the return policy since half the cost of the jacket would be paid to return it, but they decided to ignore my email entirely. Unfortunate because I really liked this brand, shame.

I can see that you had opted for a standard shipping tracked method at checkout which is estimated 4-7 working days as you are US based, and we are operating from the UK. This was placed on the 18th November and delivered with you on the 30th November so the order would have been delivered within 9 working days. Again, I am very sorry for the slight delay caused with the delivery of this order, I can't seem to find any emails from you regarding this. I had an issue with my order and contacted customer service. They were incredibly patronising, disrespectful and unwilling to help. I understand customer service can be challenging, but a basic level of respect goes a long way. You have lost an ongoing customer today.

Worst shopping experience of my life. The jumpsuit is fine, definitely overpriced. And if you buy it you have to keep it bc the cost of return IS ON THE CUSTOMER! If you buy in the states the return is more expensive than the friggin jumpsuit. Don’t waste your money!

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer Free Returns for US Customers, as a small company this is not yet possible. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we do our best to outline this as best as we can on the Help Centre section on our website. I can assure you that we are looking at a better solution for our customers which we do hope to implement soon. Many of our US Customers use USPS when returning to us as they can offer a cheaper option when making a return. Our jumpsuits are crafted from a durable cotton fabric with added stretch for wearability and comfort as well as antique brass metalware and finishings, all of these features are carefully considered enforcing our mindset of ensuring that we create with purpose, making the best clothing we can, as sustainably as we can. With that being said as a small company we are aware that there is always work to be improved upon.
