“Very nice affordable tools. I was pleasantly surprised the CBW-4. Working on vlassic and vintage bikes I've fpund that I somwtimes needed both 9 and 11 for brake and derailleur work. Nice to find in one compact package. And cone wrenches in ALL sizes always needed...lol. DA”

“I was looking for a part for my PRS-5. I dealt with “Chad” and he was able to locate the part, informed me concerning that he was able to locate the part, when it was mailed, and when it should arrive. The communication and desire to help me out was outstanding. He is an asset to Park Tool. I will be ordering more from Park, if my local bike shop cannot supply it. Thanks again…”

“Service time for replacement parts was good. However, extremely disappointed on the quality of the product based on what I paid for it. For as little as I have used the bike stand, I would have expected it to last a lifetime.”
