“They had the parts I needed to put my PCS 12.2 bike stand back in action (the previous owner lost them, this thing is too well engineered to break in normal use), shipped them fast, nothing else to say this time around.”

“I mistakenly lost the boot of my self-stand repair. Website was extremely easy to find the model number and the part number, and ordering was very smooth. And they sent it immediately. Overall, a super customer experience.”

“Park Tool is consistently updating their tools to keep up with newer technologies and bike trends, which is awesome. Sure, the tools are sometimes quite expensive, but I learned the hard way that in the long run, it's usually always cheaper to buy quality tools once than to buy cheap/inferior tools multiple times. Kudos to Park Tool for carrying replacement parts to keep their old tools working, rather than forcing people to replace a tool once something breaks, wears out, or a part is misplaced. I am a fan and will continue buying from Park.”

“Great tools and made in the US are a big reason that I buy Park Tools, but a bigger reason is the sheer quantity and quality of free repair videos and guides put out including Calvin and Truman. Those guys are treasures, and their teaching is so good that I often buy new tools and tackle jobs that I used to take to the bike shop! It's a service to the industry.”

“this tool works just fine, but the equivalent tool for Shimano works better because it has a shaft the same diameter as a skewer that keeps it in alignment. more generally, this is just one more tool that only fits Campagnolo parts. Are you listening, Tulio?”

“This tool is a must if you want to adjust your classic brake cantilevers. I have a 1994 Trek 2300 ZX with Campagnolo group set and this tool took away my frustrations in adjusting cables and fine tuning break levers.”
