Always superb service. Ordered parts on Thu night and they were delivered Monday noon. No special shipping was requested. My only regret was I forgot a couple small items that will now have to wait because shipping cost would be be twice as much as the small parts themselves.

Great tools and made in the US are a big reason that I buy Park Tools, but a bigger reason is the sheer quantity and quality of free repair videos and guides put out including Calvin and Truman. Those guys are treasures, and their teaching is so good that I often buy new tools and tackle jobs that I used to take to the bike shop! It's a service to the industry.
