“Got the parts, but the cost for delivery are too expensive. On top of that i got charged for duty/vat. The rules state that goods for less than 125 pound are taxfree, but i had to pay”

Thank you for your review, Leif. We truly value all feedback. Currently, the option to collect taxes and duties is only available for FedEx International. For other courier options, these charges are collected at the destination according to their own processes. “Correct parts OK price. Dont know if I paid UK VAT or not. Customs and Swedish VAT was aprox 40% on top.”

Thank you for the review, Stefan! Since Brexit, we can no longer collect duties and taxes on behalf of our EU customers (orders leaving the UK are not subject to UK VAT). We understand that, depending on the courier, these charges can sometimes be significant. “bonsoir je suis tres satisfait deu materiel acheté chez vous , il est arrivé tres vite et moins cher qu'içi le seul point critique est si je peux me permettre, c'est que suir votre site et au moment de payer on voit tres bien le tarif ainsi que les frais de port , en revanche on ne voit pas que lors de la livraison on doit regler au transporteur ue somme supplementaire on ne l'aooprend qu'au loment de la livraison il serait donc plus clair que vous l'affichiez de maniere tres visible au moment de l'achat.voila en l'attente d'un commande tres vite”

“Absolutely incredible! Easy to navigate and concise website. After five months in Grenada I was getting used to waiting at least a month for any shipments. I was amazed when the turbo and exhaust elbow arrived in a week! Well packaged and inclusive of all gaskets. These guys know their business. Thank you!”

“Very happy with this company, I purchased a part from them for my generator which was about a quarter the price of the genuine like the same part but I needed to replace another related part and they researched and located the part for me at a far lower price had I bought the much inflated genuine/same part from the generator manufacturers, very happy and would definitely recommend 😀”

“Well, the box of the alternator came broken, but it was well packed so I hope it will work. Filters of gasoil...perfect. Filter of oil...not very good finished...the one I bought my first time was perfect, so I just think bad luck this time( not fault of parts4engines, it is French made)...Impeller perfect”

“Ordering and shipment were easy and efficent, the parts being non OEM where good subsitutes for genuine brand and prices good even after international shipping. Deliver was a bit hit and miss and sat in local Fedex facility for over a week before they attempted delivery without any warning/notification so no I was not avialable at the address that day so a further 3 days delay. Not P4E's fault but very frustrating. If you can afford 3 weeks delivery then worth the savings!”
