“I came across this site and was hesitant to order parts as this would bean international order boy was I wrong they were easy to order from and I had the correct parts faster then the local supplier. I will certainly use them for future needs, Thanks for the great service, Steve”

Hello, Per. We appreciate any and all feedback from our customers, so thank you for taking the time to do so. We completely understand how frustrating it is that there are import fees due on goods coming from the UK post Brexit and we apologise for the inconvenience. We do make a note upon checkout that orders going outside the UK will be subject to import customs & duties to try and keep our customers informed and maintain a transparent relationship. “Responsive but not very customer friendly. Order included shipping, but UPS charges additional shipping surcharge for EU customers which is required to be paid at delivery. This should be covered - or at least mentioned- during ordering process.”

Hi Eelco, Thank you for the feedback, all feedback is very important to us. I completely understand your point of view in regards to the brokerage fees from UPS. I am in agreeance they are high but unfortunately we cannot bypass these as UPS is a separate company with their own policies. I have reached out to you previously explaining this in detail, but please note during the checkout procedure there is a banner at the top of the screen promoting our overseas customers to research the import duties before checking out. We are looking into opening an EU hub to bring these costs down for our overseas customers as we value you all as equally to our UK shoppers. We are hoping to get this underway in the future. Many apologies for frustration caused by UPS fees. - Gemma
